大别山根据地重建时期邓小平的民生思想及其现实价值

【摘要】：大别山根据地又称鄂豫皖新区,是由邓小平、刘伯承率领的晋冀鲁豫野战军突进至大别山区后所创建的新解放区,是人民解放战争由战略防御到战略进攻转折的重要阵地。大别山根据地的重建与发展离不开邓小平为解决该地区突出的民生问题所作的不懈努力。这一时期邓小平在土地改革、工商业发展、剿匪除霸、严明军纪及发展文教卫生事业方面制定了一系列正确的方针政策并付诸实施,广泛地动员了人民群众,对大别山根据地的重建及其发展奠定了深厚的群众基础。这一时期邓小平的民生思想及其实践对现阶段党解决民生问题有重要的启发意义。
[Abstract]:The base area of the Dabie Mountains, also known as the New area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui, is a new liberated area created by the Shanxi-Hebei-Shanxi-Henan Field Army, led by Deng Xiaoping and Liu Bocheng, and an important position for the people's War of Liberation from strategic defense to strategic offensive transition. The reconstruction and development of the base area of Dabie Mountain can not be separated from the unremitting efforts made by Deng Xiaoping to solve the prominent livelihood problems in this area. During this period, Deng Xiaoping formulated and put into practice a series of correct principles and policies in land reform, industrial and commercial development, suppression of banditry and hegemony, strict military discipline and the development of cultural, educational and health services, and extensively mobilized the masses of the people. The reconstruction and development of the Dabie Mountain base area laid a solid mass foundation. In this period, Deng Xiaoping's thought of people's livelihood and its practice are of great significance for the Party to solve the problems of people's livelihood at the present stage.
