科学发展观的生态伦理意蕴研究

【摘要】： 党的十六届三中全会正式提出了“坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观，促进经济社会和人的全面发展”。树立和落实科学发展观是妥善应对我国社会发展关键时期可能遇到的各种风险和挑战的正确选择。生态伦理学是研究和讨论生态环境中人类的伦理道德问题的学问，本文以马克思主义基本理论为出发点，指出了科学发展观与生态伦理学在对待人与自然、人与人关系方面的内在一致性，即二者都主张既要重视人与人之间关系的平衡，也要重视人与自然之间关系的平衡，这是论文的理论支撑点。本文从生态伦理学的全新角度来诠释科学发展观，具体阐述了以人为本、统筹人与自然协调发展、可持续发展思想的生态伦理意蕴，探讨生态伦理建设的基本思路，这是对科学发展观的丰富与发展，因此，，将科学发展观与生态伦理相结合研究具有重大的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China formally put forward the scientific concept of development of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development to promote the overall development of economy, society and human beings. To establish and implement the scientific development view is the correct choice to deal with all kinds of risks and challenges that may be encountered in the key period of social development of our country. Ecological ethics is a study to study and discuss the ethical and moral problems of human beings in the ecological environment. This paper takes the basic theory of Marxism as the starting point and points out that the scientific concept of development and ecological ethics are treating man and nature. The inherent consistency of the relationship between human beings, that is, they both advocate that we should pay attention to the balance of the relationship between human beings and nature, which is the theoretical support point of the thesis. This paper interprets the concept of scientific development from the new angle of ecological ethics, expounds the ecological ethical implication of people-oriented, coordinated development between man and nature, and sustainable development, and probes into the basic ideas of the construction of ecological ethics. This is the enrichment and development of the scientific development view, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to combine the scientific development concept with ecological ethics.
