【摘要】：邓小平高度关切人权问题。其人权保障思想内涵充盈,立场坚定,独树一帜,体系丰赡。主要表现为:从宏观层面审视,遵循一条根本原则——国权高于人权;从中观层面审视,坚持一个基本观点——人权首要的是生存权与发展权;从微观层面审视,实施三大战略举措——从完善制度、依法治国和发展经济三大方面充分保障人权。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping is highly concerned about human rights. His ideological connotation of human rights protection, stand firm, unique, abundant system. The main manifestations are as follows: from the macro level, following a fundamental principle: national power is higher than human rights; from the meso-level, adhere to a basic point of view-human rights are primarily the right to exist and development; from the micro level, Carry out three strategic measures: to fully protect human rights from the three aspects of perfecting the system, governing the country according to law and developing the economy.
