现代化视角下邓小平发展观的历史考察

【摘要】：从历史背景上说，邓小平发展观深植于中国近代史以来中国人对社会发展的期待与探索之中；从时代依据上说，邓小平发展观主要依据对时代特征的正确判断，对我国社会主义实践经验教训的科学总结和对国外社会主义兴衰成败经验教训的汲取。在内涵上，社会主义“初级阶段论”是邓小平发展观的理论基础；“生产力论”是邓小平发展观的理论基石；“解放思想，实事求是”是邓小平发展观的精髓。如果从现代化视角加以分析，我们可以看到，邓小平发展观首先是以经济现代化为发展指向的现代化；同时邓小平发展观强调政治现代化，注重科技现代化。在理论意义上，邓小平发展观对社会主义国家的建设提供了重要的战略启示，，也对当代中国共产党领导集体进一步开拓创新，提出切合实际的思想路线、方针和政策提供了宝贵的思想资源。
[Abstract]:From the historical background, the concept of Deng Xiaoping development is deeply rooted in the Chinese people's expectation and exploration of social development since the modern history of China, and the Deng Xiaoping view of development is mainly based on the correct judgment of the characteristics of the times. A scientific summary of the practical experience of socialism in our country and a lesson on the success or failure of foreign socialism. In terms of connotation, "primary stage theory" of socialism is the theoretical basis of Deng Xiaoping development view, "productivity theory" is the theoretical cornerstone of Deng Xiaoping development view, "emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts" is the essence of Deng Xiaoping development view. If we analyze it from the perspective of modernization, we can see that the concept of Deng Xiaoping development is the modernization directed by economic modernization, while the Deng Xiaoping view of development emphasizes political modernization and scientific and technological modernization. Theoretically, the concept of Deng Xiaoping development provides important strategic enlightenment to the construction of socialist country, and it also provides practical ideological line for the leading collective of the contemporary Chinese Communist Party to further develop and innovate. Guidelines and policies provide valuable ideological resources.
