网络群众路线的价值意蕴、践行原则与推进创新

【摘要】：网络群众路线是中国共产党群众路线发展演进的新型实践形态,对新时期执政党建设具有重要现实意义。网络群众路线具有独特的时代价值、政治价值、社会价值和生态价值,鉴于网络空间的特殊属性,应坚持看齐原则、群众利益最大化原则、互信原则、制度化原则并予以践行。同时,通过"互联网+"与群众工作深度融合、大数据应用与群众工作创新聚合、新媒体平台与群众工作有机结合、虚拟社会治理与群众工作系统整合等途径推进创新,确保党的群众路线与时俱进,始终具备强大的生命力和先进性。
[Abstract]:The network mass line is a new practical form of the development and evolution of the mass line of the Communist Party of China, which is of great practical significance to the construction of the ruling party in the new period. The network mass line has the unique times value, the political value, the social value and the ecological value. In view of the special attribute of the cyberspace, we should adhere to the principle of alignment, the principle of maximizing the interests of the masses, the principle of mutual trust, the principle of institutionalization and the practice of it. At the same time, through the deep integration of "Internet" and mass work, the integration of big data application and mass work innovation, the organic combination of new media platform and mass work, the integration of virtual social governance and mass work system, etc. Ensure the party's mass line with the times, always have strong vitality and advanced.
