旧问题与新思考:马克思有无公正理论的政治话语性阐释

【摘要】：马克思(主义)公正观研究必须基于"马克思有无公正理论"之解,而关于马克思有无公正理论主要有三种解释模式:"伍德-塔克命题"及其争论、关键或核心概念说、马克思政治哲学语境说。比较之下,马克思政治哲学语境说具有相对独立性与合理性,但仍需进一步完善。对此,公正话语的诠释作为公正话语的整体范畴观与现实公正经验的政治话语分析的综合有助于对"马克思有无公正理论"的深入辨析。具体而言,公正话语的诠释能够深化对公正概念的认识,这是研究和理解马克思(主义)公正观的前提;能够客观揭示因公正作为本质存疑概念而造成的解释困境与理论分歧,使马克思(主义)公正观研究超越公正的一般性辩护并避免自由主义式的循环论证;还能够破除马克思(主义)公正观研究在思维、路径与方法上的局限性,提供一种除魅式的理论论证。
[Abstract]:The study of Marxist view of justice must be based on the solution of "whether Marx has the theory of justice or not", and there are three modes of interpretation about Marx's theory of justice: "Wood-Tucker Proposition" and its argument, the theory of key or core concepts. Marx's political philosophy context. By comparison, Marxist political philosophy context theory has relative independence and rationality, but it still needs further improvement. In view of this, the comprehensive analysis of political discourse, which is the whole category view of fair discourse and realistic fair experience, is helpful to the analysis of Marx's theory of justice or not. Specifically, the interpretation of fair discourse can deepen the understanding of the concept of justice, which is the premise of studying and understanding Marxist concept of justice, and can objectively reveal the interpretation dilemma and theoretical differences caused by the concept of justice as an essential doubtful concept. To make the study of Marxist justice go beyond the general defense of justice and to avoid the circulating argument of liberalism, and also to break the limitations of the study of Marxist justice in thinking, path and method. A disenchantment theory is provided.
