街道工作群众满意度调查的效应及完善路径研究——以南通市崇川区为例

【摘要】:正绩效评估作为绩效管理的核心问题之一,在促进城市基层政府提高绩效和效率、转变政府职能方面的作用不言而喻。因此,加强构建以群众满意为导向的多元化街道工作绩效评估体系方面的研究,既是当前深化行政体制改革的迫切任务,也是推进城市基层服务型政府构建的需要。一、实施街道工作群众满意度调查的正效应为了提高全区街道工作绩效管理水平,体现公众满意导向,南通市崇川区委、区政府自2011年以来委托第三方组织——崇川区社情民意调查研究中心面向社会
[Abstract]:As one of the core issues of performance management, positive performance evaluation plays a self-evident role in promoting urban grass-roots government to improve performance and efficiency and transform government functions. Therefore, it is not only an urgent task to deepen the reform of administrative system, but also the need to promote the construction of a service-oriented government at the grass-roots level. First, the positive effect of implementing the survey on the satisfaction of street workers in order to improve the performance management level of street work in the whole district and to reflect the public satisfaction orientation, the Chongchuan District Committee of Nantong City, Since 2011, the district government has commissioned a third-party organization, the Chongchuan District Social Survey and Research Center, to face the society.
