《反杜林论》的公平正义观及其当代价值

【摘要】：《反杜林论》的公平正义观产生于十九世纪资产阶级与无产阶级的矛盾日益尖锐的时期。小资产阶级思想家杜林的学说对德国社会主义党内部消极影响的进一步加深，是恩格斯写作《反杜林论》的直接原因。《反杜林论》公平正义观的理论基础主要是空想社会主义理论所蕴含的公平正义思想，其价值旨归在于人的自由解放和全面发展。在该著作中，恩格斯批判了杜林公平正义观的方法论、杜林的“普遍的公平原则”及其平等观，深刻揭露了杜林公平正义观的形而上学基础和唯心主义本质，强调公平正义观的现实基础是客观存在的经济事实，指出公平正义并非永恒的绝对真理，揭示了公平正义的历史发展形式呈螺旋式上升状态。 《反杜林论》的公平正义观不仅在当时对消除杜林公平正义观的谬误及影响产生了根本性的作用，确立了研究马克思主义公平正义观的科学方法，丰富了科学社会主义的理论内涵，而且在当代社会发展中也具有十分重要的指导价值，既为科学评价资本主义公平正义观提供指导，，又为建立社会主义公平正义观指明了方向，还为中国特色社会主义公平正义的实现提供了重要的参照。
[Abstract]:The view of fairness and justice of the anti-Durin theory came into being in the period of increasingly sharp contradiction between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat in the 19 th century. The further deepening of the negative influence of the theory of the petty-bourgeois thinker, du Lin, on the interior of the Socialist Party in Germany, It is the direct cause of Engels' writing "Anti-Durin Theory". The theoretical basis of the "Anti-Durin Theory" is the fair and just thought contained in the theory of utopian socialism, the value of which lies in the free emancipation and all-round development of human beings. In this work, Engels criticizes the methodology of Durin's view of fairness and justice, his "universal principle of fairness" and his view of equality, and profoundly exposes the metaphysical basis and idealistic nature of the concept of equality and justice. Emphasizing that the realistic basis of the concept of equity and justice is the objective economic facts of existence, and pointing out that fair justice is not an absolute eternal truth, It is revealed that the historical development of fairness and justice is in a spiraling state. The concept of fairness and justice not only played a fundamental role in eliminating the fallacy and influence of Durin's view of fairness and justice at that time, It establishes the scientific method of studying Marxist view of fairness and justice, enriches the theoretical connotation of scientific socialism, and has very important guiding value in the development of contemporary society. It not only provides the guidance for the scientific evaluation of the capitalist fair and just view, but also points out the direction for the establishment of the socialist fair and just view, and provides an important reference for the realization of the socialist fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics.
