网络时代中国共产党利益整合能力研究

【摘要】：利益整合能力是中国共产党执政能力的主要内涵之一。加强党的利益整合能力建设,妥善处理好各种利益关系和利益矛盾,对于巩固党的执政地位,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的意义。随着以互联网为标志的信息化时代的到来,互联网以其巨大的信息容量、快捷的传输速度、高度的开放性和互动性等技术特点,推进了价值观和社会利益关系的进一步多元化和复杂化,同时也使我国社会转型时期潜在的风险和现实危机表现得更加复杂、突出和严峻。互联网既给党的利益整合带来了难得的机遇,也对党在新的历史条件下提高利益整合能力构成了严峻的挑战。面对席卷全球的信息化浪潮,如何站在时代前列,趋利避害,应对信息化,以改革创新的精神加强自身建设,提高党的利益整合能力,更好地构建社会主义和谐社会,是摆在我们党面前的一个紧迫而严峻的重要课题。本论文在研究执政党利益整合一般规律的基础上,从网络时代这一现实背景出发,系统地阐明互联网给党的利益整合带来的机遇和挑战,并重点论述了党顺应信息化趋势,趋利避害,因势利导,充分利用信息网络技术,不断提高利益整合能力的具体途径。
[Abstract]:The ability of interest integration is one of the main connotations of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the Party's ability to integrate the interests and properly handle all kinds of interest relations and contradictions for the consolidation of the ruling position of the Party and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. With the arrival of the information age marked by the Internet, the Internet is characterized by its huge information capacity, fast transmission speed, high openness and interactivity. It promotes the further diversification and complication of the relationship between values and social interests, and at the same time makes the potential risks and realistic crises in the period of social transformation more complex, prominent and severe. The Internet not only brings a rare opportunity to the integration of the interests of the Party, but also poses a severe challenge to the Party in improving its ability of interest integration under the new historical conditions. In the face of the information tide sweeping the world, how to stand in the forefront of the times, how to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, how to deal with informatization, how to strengthen our own construction with the spirit of reform and innovation, how to improve the ability of the Party to integrate its interests, and how to better build a harmonious socialist society. It is an urgent and severe task facing our party. Based on the study of the general law of the interests integration of the ruling party, this paper systematically expounds the opportunities and challenges brought by the Internet to the integration of the interests of the Party from the realistic background of the network age, and emphatically discusses the tendency of the Party to comply with the information technology. The specific way to improve the ability of interest integration is to make full use of information network technology.
