邓小平民生思想初探

【摘要】：民生问题是当今社会人们关注的热点问题。它泛指民众的生计和生活,涉及人们的衣、食、住、行、生、老、病、死等生活,维系、融合于人们的具体经济生活、政治生活、文化生活、社会生活和生态环境之中。民生思想是指人们认识、理解以及如何对待民生问题的一系列观点、主张和立场的总和。邓小平民生思想是指以邓小平为核心的党和国家的第二代领导集体在改革开放和现代化建设过程中逐步形成的关于为适应人民群众日益增长的物质文化需要而提出的一系列观点、主张、方法、途径的总和,它是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是对马克思主义民生思想的丰富和发展。本文对邓小平民生思想进行了初步探索。界定了民生、民生思想、邓小平民生思想科学内涵；阐述了邓小平民生思想产生的历史条件和形成的历史轨迹；归纳了邓小平民生思想的主要内容,揭示了邓小平民生思想的内在联系；概述了邓小平民生思想的基本特点,强调了邓小平民生思想的理论价值和现实意义。本文共分为四大部分：第一部分,导论。主要阐述研究邓小平民生思想的重要意义和基本方法,科学界定民生、民生思想、邓小平民生思想的内涵。这部分是本文的起点。第二部分,邓小平民生思想产生的历史条件和形成过程。主要阐述邓小平民生思想形成的思想渊源、理论基础和现实依据；邓小平民生思想形成的历史轨迹即探索时期、初步形成时期、成熟时期、完善时期。这部分是本文的基础。第三部分,邓小平民生思想的主要内容。主要阐述保证和改善民生的目的和意义；保证和改善民生的基础和动力;保证和改善民生的方法和途径。这部分是本文的重点。第四部分,邓小平民生思想的主要特点和重要意义。主要阐述邓小平民生思想的人民性、务实性、重点性、阶段性等基本特点；邓小平民生思想的理论价值和现实指导意义。这部分是本文的落脚点和归宿。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is a hot issue that people pay attention to today. It refers to people's livelihood and life, involving people's clothing, food, housing, travel, life, old, sick, death and other life, maintenance, integration in people's specific economic life, political life, cultural life, social life and ecological environment. The thought of people's livelihood refers to the summation of a series of viewpoints, opinions and positions of people's understanding, understanding and how to deal with people's livelihood issues. The people's livelihood thought of Deng Xiaoping refers to the second generation leading collectives of the Party and the country with Deng Xiaoping as the core in the course of reform, opening up and modernization construction, which is put forward in order to adapt to the increasing material and cultural needs of the masses of the people. A series of ideas, The summation of propositions, methods and approaches is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory and the enrichment and development of Marxist thought of people's livelihood. This article has carried on the preliminary exploration to the Deng Xiaoping livelihood thought. It defines the people's livelihood, the people's livelihood thought, the scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, expounds the historical conditions and historical track of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, sums up the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, This paper reveals the internal relationship of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, summarizes the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, and emphasizes the theoretical value and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. This paper mainly expounds the significance and basic method of studying Deng Xiaoping's thought of people's livelihood, and defines scientifically the connotation of people's livelihood, people's livelihood thought and Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. This part is the starting point of this paper. The second part, the historical condition and forming process of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. This paper mainly expounds the ideological origin, theoretical basis and practical basis of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, and the historical track of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought, that is, the period of exploration, the period of preliminary formation, the period of maturity and the period of perfection. This part is the basis of this paper. The third part, the main content of Deng Xiaoping people's livelihood thought. The purpose and significance of guaranteeing and improving people's livelihood, the foundation and motive force of guaranteeing and improving people's livelihood, the ways and means of guaranteeing and improving people's livelihood are expounded. This part is the focus of this paper. The fourth part, the main characteristics and significance of Deng Xiaoping people's livelihood thought. This paper mainly expounds the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's people's livelihood thought, such as people's character, practicality, emphasis and stage, and the theoretical value and practical guiding significance of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. This part is the foothold and destination of this article.
