科学发展观：恩格斯“历史合力论”的新发展

【摘要】：科学发展观是以胡锦涛为核心的党中央从新世纪新阶段我国经济社会发展全局出发提出的重大战略思想,是马克思主义社会发展理论中国化的最新理论成果。作为当代中国的社会发展理论,科学发展观首当其冲的是要解决好社会发展的动力问题。科学发展观强调以人为本,坚持全面协调可持续发展,注重统筹兼顾的方法,极大地丰富和发展恩格斯的“历史合力论”。深入探讨历史合力论与科学发展观的关系,对于推进我国社会主义现代化建设、实现全面建成小康社会具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文将恩格斯“历史合力论”与我党的发展理念科学发展观进行对比研究,从社会发展动力论的角度,探讨二者思想内涵相关性,科学发展观优化了社会发展动力机制,丰富和发展了恩格斯的“历史合力论”,认为我们要遵循合力规律,着力推动科学发展。本文共分为四个部分。第一部分为绪论,主要对学界现有的理论成果进行梳理。第二部分详细阐述恩格斯“历史合力论”的提出、内涵以及这个理论提出的重要意义,为第三部分论证两者关系作理论准备。第三部分主要简要阐述科学发展观的提出、内涵及重要意义,重点论证科学发展观与恩格斯“历史合力论”的关系,阐明科学发展观丰富和发展了恩格斯“历史合力论”,深化了对马克思主义社会发展动力观的认识。第四部分具体阐述恩格斯“历史合力论”对科学发展观的启示,要求我们遵循“合力”规律,推动科学发展。
[Abstract]:The concept of scientific development is an important strategic thought put forward by the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao as its core in the new century and new stage of China's economic and social development. It is also the latest theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist theory of social development. As the theory of social development in contemporary China, the most important task of the scientific development view is to solve the motive force of social development. The scientific concept of development emphasizes on people-oriented, insists on comprehensive and coordinated sustainable development, and pays attention to the method of overall consideration, which greatly enriches and develops Engels' theory of historical resultant force. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the relationship between the theory of historical resultant force and the view of scientific development in order to promote the construction of socialist modernization in China and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper makes a comparative study of Engels' theory of historical resultant force and the scientific development view of our Party's concept of development. From the angle of dynamic theory of social development, this paper probes into the correlation of their ideological connotations, and the scientific concept of development optimizes the motive mechanism of social development. It enriches and develops Engels' theory of historical resultant force, and holds that we should follow the law of resultant force and make great efforts to promote the development of science. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly combing the existing academic theoretical results. The second part elaborates Engels'"the theory of historical resultant force" in detail, the connotation and the significance of this theory, and makes theoretical preparations for the third part to demonstrate the relationship between the two. In the third part, the author briefly expounds the proposition, connotation and significance of the concept of scientific development, emphatically demonstrates the relationship between the concept of scientific development and Engels' theory of historical resultant force, and clarifies that the concept of scientific development enriches and develops Engels' theory of historical resultant force. Has deepened the understanding to the Marxism social development motive force view. The fourth part expounds the enlightenment of Engels'"the theory of historical resultant force" to the scientific development view, which requires us to follow the law of "resultant force" and promote the development of science.
