【摘要】：马克思、恩格斯的合作是一个伟大的合作:从他们合作的最初动机看,恩格斯起了积极主动的作用,从他们合作的过程和目的看,两人都是积极地为共同的目的而努力,他们共同创建了马克思主义。马克思、恩格斯有着相同的追求与理想,愿意为人类工作、为实现共产主义而奋斗的信念;有相近的家庭背景与知识结构;为人处事的方式、情趣与爱好、性格与精神等方面的契合。他们在外貌、性格、能力、气质、思想、情感、思维习惯、文本风格、关注的兴趣点等方面差异,形成优势互补。这个团队主要包括:马克思、恩格斯与伴侣的团队、马克思的女儿及丈夫、马克思、恩格斯朋友和学生的团队。这个团队对我们的启示:团队合作要有远大理想和明确的目标;团队的成员能力或优势互补、各具特长、资金充足等都是成果合作的保障;项目的设计、规划与实施是一个系统工程,必须持之以恒、通力协作、前赴后继;研究的大方向始终如一。
