毛泽东建设学习型政党的思想及启示

【摘要】：中国共产党历来是一个重视学习、善于学习的政党。作为第一代领导人毛泽东大力推动全党的学习，为学习型政党的构建做出了重要的贡献。党的十七届四中全会要求把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务抓紧抓好。因此，研究毛泽东建设学习型政党的思想及启示是一个十分重要的问题。本文运用文献资料分析法、比较分析法、理论联系实际等研究方法，对其进行了分析和论证。毛泽东建设学习型政党思想是马列主义政党学习理论同中国共产党学习的实践相结合的产物，是毛泽东运用马克思主义学习理论及借鉴中国传统学习理念的基础上，对政党学习实践经验的科学概括和经验总结。其思想极为丰富：学习内容上，毛泽东根据不同历史时期的历史使命，提出学习马克思主义理论、战争战略理论、经济建设理论等不同学习内容；学习形式和方式上，创造了整风运动、读书小组等形式，并注重运用报刊、艺术作品教育党员，提出把全党变成一所大学校；他以唯物史观为指导，把党员改变中国贫困落后的决心同“本领恐慌”的危机意识相结合，，并将其升华为一种强烈的历史使命感，形成了政党学习的动力机制；在学习原则上，强调领导干部的榜样作用，提出坚持马克思主义学风、理论联系实际、古为今用、洋为中用、谦虚谨慎、戒骄戒躁等原则。在组织学习实践的过程中突出内容的时代性、形式的民族性、方法的多样性、过程的实践性、范围的广泛性等特征。可以说，毛泽东建设学习型政党思想历经了理论的探索和实践的检验，是一个严密的科学理论体系。毛泽东建设学习型政党思想为当前马克思主义学习型政党建设做出了重要的贡献，但是由于历史条件的限制也留下了一些遗憾，给我们重要的启示：政党要完成历史使命必须始终发扬重视学习的优良传统；政党要应对新时期的挑战必须与时俱进地更新学习内容；政党要增强学习的实效性必须完善学习的方式；政党要提高学习的主动性必须探寻强有力的动力机制；政党要形成全党学习的良好氛围必须保持马克思主义的学风。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always been a party that attaches importance to learning and is good at learning. As the first leader, Mao Zedong vigorously promoted the study of the whole party and made important contributions to the construction of the learning party. The fourth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee called for the construction of a Marxist learning party as an important and urgent strategic task. Therefore, it is a very important problem to study Mao Zedong's thought and enlightenment of constructing learning party. In this paper, the literature analysis, comparative analysis, theory combined with practice and other research methods are used to analyze and demonstrate it. Mao Zedong's thought of building a learning-type political party is the product of the combination of Marxism-Leninist party learning theory and the practice of the Communist Party of China. It is based on Mao Zedong's application of Marxist learning theory and drawing lessons from Chinese traditional learning ideas. The scientific summary and experience summary of the party's learning and practice experience. His thoughts are extremely rich: on the basis of the historical mission of different historical periods, Mao Zedong put forward different learning contents such as Marxist theory, war strategy theory, economic construction theory and so on; Form and method of study, created rectification movement, reading groups and other forms, and pay attention to the use of newspapers, works of art to educate party members, proposed to turn the whole party into a large school; Guided by historical materialism, he combined the determination of Party members to change the poverty and backwardness of China with the crisis consciousness of "ability panic", and sublimated it into a strong sense of historical mission, forming the motive mechanism of party learning. In terms of learning principles, the author emphasizes the role of leading cadres as an example, and puts forward the principles of adhering to Marxist style of study, integrating theory with practice, using the past for the present, using foreign materials as China, being modest and cautious, and guarding against arrogance and impatience. In the process of organizational learning practice, it highlights the characteristics of the times of the content, the nationality of the form, the diversity of methods, the practicality of the process, the extensiveness of the scope, and so on. It can be said that Mao Zedong's thought of building a learning-type political party has undergone theoretical exploration and practical testing, and is a rigorous scientific theoretical system. Mao Zedong's thought of building a learning-type political party has made an important contribution to the construction of a learning-type political party of Marxism at present. However, due to the limitations of historical conditions, some regrets have been left behind. Give us important enlightenment: the party must always carry forward the fine tradition of attaching importance to learning if it wants to fulfill its historical mission; In order to meet the challenges of the new period, the party must update its learning content with the times; it must perfect the way of learning if it wants to enhance the effectiveness of learning; If a party wants to form a good atmosphere for the whole party to study, it must maintain a Marxist style of study.
