马克思的科技伦理观及其当代启示

【摘要】：科技不断地进步，人们越来越多地去关注科技的发展。科技的综合实力竞争也成为现今世界综合国力竞争的重要内容。中国大力发展科技的基本国策已经实施了很多年，在这种科技快速发展的环境下也滋生了很多科技伦理问题，这些伦理问题的解决途径成为科技发展工作必须要解决的现实问题。所以探索研究马克思的科技伦理观对当今社会的发展有着重要的现实意义。马克思的科技伦理观是马克思哲学思想的重要组成部分，本文从马克思各种文本中整理出科技伦理思想，揭示出马克思科技伦理思想的主要内容，深入进行研究并联系当代实际探析出马克思科技伦理观的当代启示和重要的实践指导意义。本文以马克思科技伦理思想的演进轨迹为主线探索了马克思科技伦理观产生的思想来源和背景，详细阐述了其主要的思想内容，总结了其主要特点和当代启示。本文分为四章，第一章阐述了研究目的和意义、研究现状、研究方法及创新之处。第二章分析了马克思科技伦理观的思想来源和产生的社会背景。第三章提炼了马克思主要论述科技伦理思想著作中的观点，总结了其包含的主要内容。第四章联系当代社会现实指出马克思科技伦理观的特点及其当代启示。马克思科技伦理观是蕴含了丰富的历史辩证法的系统理论体系。因此坚持系统地把握马克思科技伦理观的丰富内涵，，有助于我们澄清在科技伦理观念上的一些模糊认识，有助于我国建立拥有自己社会主义特色的科技伦理理论体系。对当今中国的科技发展及其科技政策的制定和科技发展战略的确定都具有很重要的指导作用和时代价值。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to the development of science and technology. The comprehensive strength competition of science and technology also becomes the important content of the comprehensive national strength competition in the world today. China's basic national policy of vigorously developing science and technology has been implemented for many years, and in this environment of rapid development of science and technology, there have also been many scientific and technological ethical problems. The solutions to these ethical problems have become the practical problems that must be solved in the development of science and technology. Therefore, exploring and studying Marx's ethics of science and technology is of great practical significance to the development of today's society. Marx's view of science and technology ethics is an important part of Marx's philosophy thought. This paper collates scientific and technological ethics thoughts from various texts of Marx and reveals the main contents of Marx's scientific and technological ethics thoughts. This paper deeply studies and analyzes the contemporary enlightenment and important practical significance of Marx's scientific and technological ethics. This paper explores the origin and background of Marx's scientific and technological ethics, expounds its main ideological contents, summarizes its main characteristics and contemporary enlightenment, taking the evolution track of Marx's scientific and technological ethics as the main line. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter describes the purpose and significance of the research, research status, research methods and innovations. The second chapter analyzes the ideological source and social background of Marx's scientific and technological ethics. The third chapter abstracts Marx's views in his works on scientific and technological ethics and summarizes their main contents. Chapter four points out the characteristics of Marx's scientific and technological ethics and its contemporary enlightenment. Marx's ethics of science and technology is a systematic theoretical system which contains rich dialectics of history. Therefore, to grasp the rich connotation of Marx's scientific and technological ethics in a systematic way is helpful for us to clarify some vague understandings on the scientific and technological ethics and to establish a theoretical system of science and technology ethics with our own socialist characteristics. It plays an important guiding role in the development of science and technology in China and the formulation of science and technology policy and the determination of science and technology development strategy.
