马克思恩格斯国家管理思想研究

【摘要】：人们对国家管理的认知，自古有之。从古希腊哲学家对城邦问题的初步探讨，到近代西方哲学对国家管理理论的发展和丰富，印证了人对国家管理认识的不断深入。在历史的长河里，众多哲学家、思想家对国家管理认识都有独到的见解，并形成了各自的理论。马克思恩格斯在汲取西方近代哲学自由主义与理性主义国家思想的基础上，从不同方面来把握国家管理，真正揭开了国家管理之谜。马克思恩格斯国家管理理论有别于其他以往的哲学家的理论，他们站在历史唯物主义的高度，从批判完善的理性国家管理出发，强调国家本身是处在特定社会阶级的一个历史的生成发展过程，并在此基础上指明未来共产主义社会的目标是实现人的解放、人的自由全面发展。马克思恩格斯国家管理思想的提出，不只是对思想界、理论界作出了杰出的贡献，更为未来社会的发展指明了方向。同时，马克思恩格斯国家管理思想为我国建设中国特色社会主义指引了方向，为解决我国建设中国特色社会主义中遇到的各种问题提供了理论指导。 本文采用文献文本研究法、理论与实践相结合的方法等多种研究方法相结合的方式，比较系统、全面地研究了马克思恩格斯国家管理思想，除绪论共有四部分内容。 第一部分，马克思恩格斯国家管理的理论渊源及其形成过程。主要阐述在马克思以前的古希腊思想家和西方近代哲学思想家对国家管理的认识；马克思恩格斯国家管理思想的形成过程； 第二部分，，马克思恩格斯国家管理思想概述及其对近代资产阶级国家管理的批判。一方面，论述了马克思恩格斯国家管理思想概述：国家管理职能、国家管理原则、国家管理目标；另一方面，马克思恩格斯对近代资产阶级国家管理的批判——政治管理、经济管理、文化管理的批判； 第三部分，马克思恩格斯对未来社会管理的展望。主要阐明了无产阶级专政国家管理思想，进而马克思恩格斯提出了对未来社会管理的基本预设：未来社会管理的基本原则、基本目标和基本措施； 第四部分，马克思恩格斯国家管理思想的当代价值。在真正理解了马克思恩格斯国家管理思想基础上，结合当代资本主义社会和我国建设社会主义的实际情况，深入讨论得出马克思恩格斯国家管理思想生命力之强大和对社会发展起到的巨大效力。马克思恩格斯国家管理思想不管是对资产主义社会的变革，还是对我国构建社会主义和谐社会都具有重要的指导意义。因此，我们更要以马克思恩格斯国家管理思想为指导，坚持以人为本，建设政治、经济以及文化全面协调发展的和谐社会。
[Abstract]:People's cognition of state management has existed since ancient times. From the initial discussion of the city-state problem by ancient Greek philosophers to the development and enrichment of modern western philosophy's theory of state management, it is confirmed that people's understanding of state management is deepening. In the course of history, many philosophers and thinkers have unique views on state management and have formed their own theories. On the basis of drawing on the state thought of western modern philosophy liberalism and rationalism Marx and Engels grasped the state management from different aspects and really opened the riddle of state management. Marx and Engels' theory of state management is different from that of other philosophers in the past. They stand in the height of historical materialism and proceed from the critical and perfect rational state management. It is emphasized that the state itself is a historical development process of a particular social class, and on this basis points out that the goal of the future communist society is to realize the liberation of human beings and the free and all-round development of human beings. Marx and Engels put forward the thought of state management, not only made outstanding contributions to the ideological circle, but also pointed out the direction of the development of the future society. At the same time, Marx and Engels' thought of state management has guided the direction of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in our country and provided theoretical guidance for solving various problems encountered in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In this paper, the author studies Marx and Engels' thought of state management in a systematic and systematic way by means of literature text research method and the method of combining theory with practice. Besides the introduction, there are four parts. The first part, the theoretical origin and formation process of Marx and Engels' state management. This paper mainly expounds the understanding of ancient Greek thinkers and western modern philosophical thinkers on state management before Marx, the forming process of Marx and Engels' thought of state management; The second part is an overview of Marx and Engels' thought of state management and his criticism of modern bourgeois state management. On the one hand, it discusses Marx and Engels' idea of state management: the function of state management, the principle of state management, and the goal of state management; On the other hand, Marx and Engels' critique of modern bourgeois state management the critique of political management, economic management and cultural management; the third part, Marx and Engels' outlook on the future social management. This paper mainly expounds the thoughts of the state management under the dictatorship of the proletariat, and then Marx and Engels put forward the basic presupposition of the future social management: the basic principles, the basic objectives and the basic measures of the future social management; The fourth part, the contemporary value of Marx and Engels' thought of state management. On the basis of the real understanding of Marx and Engels' state management thought, and in combination with the actual situation of the contemporary capitalist society and the construction of socialism in China, The great vitality of Marx and Engels' thought of state management and its great effect on social development are discussed in depth. Marx and Engels' thought of state management is of great significance to the reform of asset-oriented society and the construction of socialist harmonious society in China. Therefore, we should take Marx and Engels' national management thought as the guidance, adhere to the people-oriented, and build a harmonious society with comprehensive and coordinated development of politics, economy and culture.
