“微时代”党的群众基础研究

【摘要】：“微时代”,即以微博这种近几年新兴的网络传播平台作为传播媒介代表,以短小精炼作为文化传播特征的时代。“微时代”背景下,执政党的执政措施和理念往往成为民众关注的焦点,对党的群众基础建设有重要影响。中国共产党作为领导全国各族人民进行社会主义事业建设的执政党,掌握国家政权,要维护党的执政地位,保持国家的长治久安,就必须要高度重视和巩固党的群众基础。能否保持和发展同人民群众的密切联系,关系到党的执政地位乃至生死存亡,直接影响到社会主义建设事业的成败。 本文首先从“微时代”及党的群众基础的内涵入手,分析了“微时代”的含义、特征以及它的兴起与发展,在明确了党的群众基础的含义的基础上回顾了中国共产党加强和改进群众基础的建设历程,并对党的群众基础的地位进行了探讨。然后分析了“微时代”党的群众基础的现实状况以及面临的问题,对产生这些现象的原因进行深入分析。最后重点探索了我们党如何在“微时代”巩固和发展党的群众基础,为党在新的社会历史条件下增强执政能力,巩固和加强党的执政根基,提供切实可行的措施和方法。
[Abstract]:The "micro-era" is the era in which Weibo, the emerging network communication platform, is regarded as the representative of communication media, and the short and small refining is regarded as the characteristic of cultural communication. Under the background of "micro-era", the ruling party's ruling measures and ideas often become the focus of the people's attention and have an important influence on the Party's mass infrastructure construction. The Communist Party of China, as the ruling party that leads the people of all ethnic groups in carrying out the socialist cause construction, must attach great importance to and consolidate the mass foundation of the party in order to maintain the ruling position of the party and maintain the long-term stability of the country. Whether we can maintain and develop close ties with the masses of the people is related to the ruling position of the Party and even the survival or death of the Party, and directly affects the success or failure of the cause of socialist construction. This paper begins with the connotation of the "micro-era" and the mass foundation of the Party, and analyzes the meaning, characteristics, rise and development of the "micro-era". On the basis of clarifying the meaning of the mass foundation of the Party, this paper reviews the course of strengthening and improving the mass foundation of the Communist Party of China, and probes into the position of the mass foundation of the Party. Then it analyzes the reality and problems of the mass foundation of the party in the "micro age", and analyzes the causes of these phenomena in depth. Finally, the paper probes into how to consolidate and develop the mass foundation of the Party in the "micro-era", which provides practical measures and methods for the Party to strengthen its ruling ability, consolidate and strengthen its ruling foundation under the new social and historical conditions.
