《资本论》的正义观与马克思的现代政治批判

【摘要】：学术界关于《资本论》正义观的争论表明,马克思对于正义问题的理解已经跳出现代政治哲学视野,政治经济学批判是马克思探讨正义问题的理论语境。重新理解《资本论》的正义观成为重新阐发马克思现代政治批判思想的重要切入点。古典政治哲学对于"普遍正义"与"特殊正义"的区分为我们重新理解《资本论》正义观提供了新的视角。在《资本论》中,马克思把正义从一个道德二元抉择问题转化为政治经济学问题,从根本上瓦解了现代性正义理论的政治哲学基础,进而在批判资本主义社会正义危机的同时,开辟了一条超越现代"道德政治"的思想道路。
[Abstract]:The debate on Justice in the academic circles shows that Marx's understanding of the problem of justice has jumped out of the field of modern political philosophy, and the criticism of political economy is the theoretical context in which Marx probes into the problem of justice. A new understanding of the view of justice in Capital has become an important entry point for the reinterpretation of Marx's modern political criticism. The distinction between "universal justice" and "special justice" in classical political philosophy provides a new perspective for us to re-understand the concept of justice in Capital. In Capital, Marx transformed justice from a moral dualistic choice to a political economic one, which fundamentally disintegrated the political philosophical foundation of modern justice theory, and at the same time criticized the crisis of capitalist social justice. It has opened up a way of thinking beyond modern moral politics.
