邓小平的制度现代化思想研究

【摘要】：邓小平，作为中国第二代国家领导集体的核心、当代伟大的马克思主义者和改革开放的总设计师，他的思想理论极其丰富。尤其是在中国社会“现代性转型”和改革开放的关键时期，作为国家最高领导者，，他对社会主义现代化建设各领域的制度建设和制度创新，使中国的制度建设逐步走向现代化，从而为我国各项事业顺利走向社会主义现代化道路指明了方向。制度现代化思想是邓小平制度理论的重要组成部分，是邓小平对中国现代化历史进程中出现的一系列社会问题进行深刻的理论反思和反复的实践探索总结出来的理论体系，它体现了理想性与现实性、科学性与价值性的辩证统一。通过对十一届三中全会以来，邓小平在国家各领域的改革实践以及对邓小平重要文献、讲话等理论材料的研究，归纳总结出邓小平的制度现代化思想形成的时代背景、主要内容、实现路径以及理论特色，理顺出制度现代化同政治现代化、经济现代化、文化现代化的内在联系，尽可能的将邓小平的制度现代化思想全面的展现出来。当前中国正处于建设社会主义现代化国家的重要时期，社会各领域的制度构建与完善，将成为我国全面实现现代化的重要步骤。因此，对邓小平的制度现代化思想进行全面、系统而深入的研究对于中国国家制度构建和国家制度能力的提升，进而全面实现国家的现代化具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping, as the core of the second generation of China's national leadership, a great Marxist and the chief designer of reform and opening up, is extremely rich in ideology and theory. Especially in the critical period of "modern transformation" of Chinese society and reform and opening up, as the highest leader of the country, he made the system construction and system innovation in various fields of socialist modernization construction, which made China's system construction move towards modernization step by step. Thus, China's various undertakings to the socialist modernization of the road to point out the direction. The thought of institutional modernization is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's institutional theory and a theoretical system summed up by Deng Xiaoping's profound theoretical reflection and repeated practical exploration of a series of social problems arising in the historical process of Chinese modernization. It embodies the dialectical unity of ideal and reality, science and value. Through the study of Deng Xiaoping's reform practice in various fields of the country and the theoretical materials such as the important documents and speeches of Deng Xiaoping since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the paper sums up the background of the formation of the system modernization thought of Deng Xiaoping. The main content, the realization path and the theory characteristic, straightens out the system modernization and the political modernization, the economic modernization, the cultural modernization internal relations, as far as possible will Deng Xiaoping's system modernization thought comprehensively displays out. At present, China is in an important period of building a modern socialist country. The construction and perfection of the system in various fields of society will become an important step to realize the modernization of our country in an all-round way. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth study on Deng Xiaoping's thought of institutional modernization for the construction of China's national system and the promotion of the national institutional capacity, and thus for the overall realization of the modernization of the country.
