【摘要】：周恩来担任国务院总理长达26年，他的经济思想在中国革命和社会主义经济建设探索上占据非常重要的地位，其中蕴含着丰富的经济伦理思想。他的经济伦理思想产生于中华民族遭受严重内忧外患的社会背景中，，受到家庭环境、学校环境和社会环境的影响，是中华民族优秀传统的道德文化、西方伦理思想精华和马克思主义经济伦理思想的三者有机融合。他的经济伦理思想主要包括人民利益至上的伦理导向，稳步前进、统筹兼顾的生产发展伦理思想，各尽所能、按劳分配的分配伦理思想，提倡节俭、反对浪费的消费伦理思想等主要内容。这一思想丰富和发展了马克思主义经济伦理思想，为邓小平经济伦理思想提供了重要渊源。为构建和谐社会、建设和完善市场经济，以及为新时期经济伦理建设提供了道德价值标杆，有利于中国特色社会主义核心价值体系的建立和社会主义精神文明的建设。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai served as premier of the State Council for 26 years. His economic thought occupies a very important position in the exploration of Chinese revolution and socialist economic construction, which contains rich economic ethics. His economic ethics thought originated from the social background that the Chinese nation suffered serious internal and external troubles, and was influenced by the family environment, school environment and social environment, which is the excellent traditional moral culture of the Chinese nation. The essence of Western ethical thoughts and Marxist economic ethics are organically integrated. His economic ethics thought mainly includes the ethical guidance of the people's interests, steady progress, overall consideration of production and development ethics, distribution ethics according to work and distribution according to work, and advocated frugality. Against wasteful consumption ethics and other main content. This thought enriches and develops Marxist economic ethics and provides an important source for Deng Xiaoping's economic ethics. In order to build a harmonious society, build and perfect the market economy, and provide a moral value benchmark for the construction of economic ethics in the new period, it is beneficial to the establishment of the core value system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
