毛泽东人民内部矛盾理论的当代意义研究

【摘要】：毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾理论是毛泽东对马克思主义的重大发展，也是指导我们处理当今社会矛盾的重要理论。改革开放以来，我国的经济、社会发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，为社会主义事业的发展提供了新的动力、注入了新的活力，同时也不可避免地带来了新的矛盾和问题。这些矛盾主要表现在：人与人之间的矛盾，包括收入分配矛盾、社会阶层分化引发的矛盾、教育欠公平引发的矛盾、失业与就业之间的矛盾、看病难引发的矛盾等。人与社会之间的矛盾，包括征地、拆迁引发的矛盾，党群、干群、警民关系引发的矛盾，劳资问题引发的矛盾等。当今人民内部矛盾的特点表现在：就矛盾的内容而言，具有利益性和复杂性；就矛盾的范围而言，具有多发性和多元性；就矛盾的程度而言，具有部分对抗性和尖锐性；就矛盾的趋势而言，具有长期性。当今人民内部矛盾产生的根源，从经济上说是生产力相对落后，新旧体制交替和利益分化；政治上的根源则是政治体制改革相对滞后，公务人员的工作方法不当，也包括境外反华势力的恶意破坏；文化上的根源是改革开放以来多元文化的碰撞，传统观念的影响，也包括外来文化的影响；社会心理上的根源是社会问题没有得到很好的解决，引起人民群众中的部分人心理失衡。毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾理论对于解决当今人民内部矛盾具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。这一理论要求我们建立化解矛盾的民主协商机制、沟通调节机制、预警机制和排查机制，要深化改革，解放和发展生产力，依法治国，，加强思想政治教育，坚持统筹兼顾、公平公正。认真研究毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾理论，对于更好地解决人民内部矛盾、构建社会主义和谐社会有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's theory of correctly handling contradictions among the people is not only Mao Zedong's great development of Marxism, but also an important theory guiding us to deal with social contradictions today. Since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has made remarkable achievements, which provides a new impetus for the development of socialist cause, injects new vitality, and inevitably brings new contradictions and problems. These contradictions are mainly manifested in the contradictions between people, including the contradiction of income distribution, the contradiction caused by social stratum differentiation, the contradiction caused by unfair education, the contradiction between unemployment and employment, the contradiction caused by difficulty in seeing a doctor, and so on. The contradictions between people and society include land expropriation, conflicts caused by demolition, party groups, cadres and the masses, contradictions caused by the relationship between the police and the people, contradictions caused by labor and capital problems, etc. The characteristics of the contradictions among the people are as follows: in terms of the contents of the contradictions, they are of interest and complexity; in terms of the scope of the contradictions, they are multiple and pluralistic; in terms of the extent of the contradictions, they are partly confrontational and sharp; As far as the contradictory trend is concerned, it has a long-term nature. The root of the contradictions among the people is that the productive forces are relatively backward, the new and old systems alternate and the interests are divided. The political root is the relative lag of the political system reform, the improper working methods of the public servants, and the malicious destruction of the anti-China forces outside the country. The root of culture is the collision of multiculturalism, the influence of traditional ideas, and the influence of foreign culture. The root of social psychology is that the social problems have not been solved well, causing some people's psychological imbalance. Mao Zedong's theory of correctly handling contradictions among the people is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the contradictions among the people today. This theory requires us to establish a democratic consultation mechanism for resolving contradictions, a mechanism for communication and regulation, a mechanism for early warning and investigation, a mechanism for deepening reform, liberating and developing the productive forces, administering the country according to law, strengthening ideological and political education, and insisting on making overall plans.
