高校通识教育提高大学生创新能力的机制研究

【摘要】：21世纪,社会经济高速发展,我国已进入社会主义经济建设最关键的阶段。人才尤其是创新型人才的价值越来越凸显。这符合社会发展的一般规律。但是,在物欲横流、价值观日益多元化的今天,我们不能只重视眼前的既得利益,而忽略对于人自身生命价值的追寻。通识教育能较好地完成教育的终极目标——促进人的自由全面发展,将社会需求和个人发展和谐地结合起来。首先本文分别回顾和归纳了通识教育和创新能力的研究现状,介绍通识教育的概念、起源、特点,分析创新能力的内涵及其影响因素。再将“通识教育与创新能力”作为研究对象,在借鉴前人研究的基础上,提出本人对通识教育与创新能力的相互作用的关系的理解,提出实施通识教育对大学生创新能力的培养有促进的作用。其次,针对这种促进机制是否存在的问题,笔者从脑科学、心理学、国内外实例来加以证明通识教育确能促进创新能力提高。最后,在具体机制如何运行上则在分别从通识教育的教育理念、教学内容、教学方式、文化环境对创新能力培养的作用机制进行阐释,提出构建促进创新能力提高的通识教育体系的初步设想。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of social economy, China has entered the most critical stage of socialist economic construction. The value of talents, especially innovative talents, is becoming more and more prominent. This is in line with the general law of social development. However, in today's increasingly diverse values, we can not only pay attention to the immediate vested interests, but ignore the pursuit of the value of human life. General education can achieve the ultimate goal of education, that is, to promote the free and all-round development of human beings, and to combine the social needs and individual development harmoniously. Firstly, this paper reviews and summarizes the research status of general education and innovation ability, introduces the concept, origin and characteristics of general education, and analyzes the connotation of innovation ability and its influencing factors. Then, taking "general education and innovation ability" as the research object, on the basis of previous studies, I put forward my understanding of the relationship between general education and innovation ability. It is pointed out that the implementation of general education can promote the cultivation of innovative ability of college students. Secondly, in view of the existence of this promotion mechanism, the author from brain science, psychology, domestic and foreign examples to prove that general education can really promote the improvement of innovation ability. Finally, on how to operate the concrete mechanism, the author explains the function mechanism of cultivating innovative ability from the educational idea, teaching content, teaching method and cultural environment of general education respectively. This paper puts forward a tentative idea of constructing a general education system to promote the improvement of innovation ability.
