马克思主义视域下的风险社会理论研究

【摘要】：本文在对风险社会理论学者和学派进行介绍的基础上,重点研究了风险社会的概念、来源、特点和超越问题,这是西方风险社会理论的主要内容。在此基础上,本文对马克思主义理论和风险社会理论进行比较,指出其中存在的继承和冲突关系,并辩证地评价了风险社会理论的进步性和问题。中国风险社会由于其独特的政治经济文化背景,以及在现代化阶段上的差异性,导致其与西方风险社会存在本质和表象的不同。这其中既有来自外部环境的资本主义全球化和国际风险分配问题,又有源于内部的三大动因,包括发展逻辑主导的多源性社会风险,社会公器和消费媒介双重认同下的风险传播,以及社会失范状态下的大众心理。本文提出以政府、媒体和社会大众三类主体构建的“风险管理结构”,并从各自所承担的责任和义务出发,阐释了中国风险社会的应对之道。
[Abstract]:On the basis of introducing the scholars and schools of risk society, this paper focuses on the concept, origin, characteristics and transcendence of risk society, which is the main content of western risk society theory. On this basis, this paper compares the Marxist theory with the risk society theory, points out the relationship between inheritance and conflict, and dialectically evaluates the progress and problems of the risk society theory. Chinese risk society is different from the western risk society because of its unique political, economic and cultural background, as well as its differences in the stage of modernization. There are not only the problems of capitalist globalization and international risk allocation from the external environment, but also the three internal causes, including the multi-source social risk dominated by development logic. The risk transmission under the dual identity of social tools and consumption media, as well as the public psychology in the state of social derangement. This paper puts forward the "risk management structure" constructed by the government, the media and the general public, and explains the countermeasures of the risk society in China from their respective responsibilities and obligations.
