执政能力的概念界定及其内涵探析

【摘要】：当前,关于执政能力概念与内涵的探讨成果很多,但普遍、抽象的执政能力概念的探讨仍然很有必要。界定执政能力概念需要考虑方法论、主体资格、能力标准和功能取向等问题。普适性的执政能力概念与内涵有利于拓展党的执政能力建设研究的视野,为当前党的执政能力建设提供有益的启示。
[Abstract]:At present, the exploration of the concept and connotation of the governing power is a lot, but it is still necessary to explore the concept of the abstract ruling ability. The concept of defining the governing ability needs to take into account the problems such as methodology, subject qualification, ability standard and functional orientation. The concept and connotation of the universal governing ability are beneficial to the development of the party's ability to build the research field, and provide a useful enlightenment for the current party's power construction.
