电子民主在解决优化员工薪酬满意度中的应用研究

【摘要】:合理的薪酬制度是保证员工积极性的根本,提高员工薪酬满意度是充分调动并发挥员工工作潜能的有效途径。影响薪酬标准的因素有很多,但是组织对于公平原则的追求是决定薪酬标准的一个重要因素。而企业目前普遍采用的都是通过硬性考核手段制定岗位说明书和职位评价,并没有让员工参与到薪酬制度的设计和管理工作中来。本文在研究电子民主在政府中应用情况之后,将电子民主的理念和平台应用在解决企业员工薪酬满意度较低的问题当中,并对A公司真实情况进行应用及分析。 首先,对于当前社会员工薪酬满意度普遍较低的现状进行阐述,总结企业人力资源部门针对这一情况所普遍采用的手段和方法,同时从民主和公平性角度分析这些措施存在缺陷和不足。 接下来,文章引入电子民主的理念和方法,详细解读电子民主在政府部门的应用情况和所获成效,并且总结实现电子民主的各种网络平台。 由于电子民主实质上是群体动态决策问题,所以文章在总结观点动力学常用仿真模型的基础上,对几种电子民主的实现平台进行仿真实验,并且对仿真结果进行分析,得到比较适合解决企业员工薪酬满意度较低现状的途径。 最后,本文针对A企业目前状况,实际应用电子民主的理念解决其公司员工薪酬满意度偏低的问题,对应用前后薪酬满意度进行对比。
[Abstract]:A reasonable salary system is the basis to ensure the enthusiasm of the staff, and to improve the employee's satisfaction is an effective way to fully mobilize and bring into play the working potential of the staff. There are many factors that affect the salary standard. However, the pursuit of fair principle is an important factor to determine the salary standard, and the common use of enterprises is to develop job descriptions and job evaluation through hard assessment. This paper studies the application of electronic democracy in government. The concept and platform of electronic democracy are applied to solve the problem of low employee satisfaction, and the real situation of company A is applied and analyzed. First of all, the current social employee pay satisfaction is generally low to elaborate the status quo, summed up the enterprise human resources departments in response to this situation generally used the means and methods. At the same time, from the point of view of democracy and fairness, these measures are flawed and inadequate. Next, the paper introduces the idea and method of electronic democracy, explains in detail the application of electronic democracy in government departments, and summarizes the various network platforms to realize electronic democracy. Because electronic democracy is essentially a group dynamic decision making problem, this paper makes simulation experiments on several electronic democracy realization platforms on the basis of summarizing the common simulation models of viewpoint dynamics. And the simulation results are analyzed to get a more suitable way to solve the low status of employees' compensation satisfaction. Finally, aiming at the present situation of enterprise A, applying the idea of electronic democracy to solve the problem of low salary satisfaction, the paper compares the salary satisfaction before and after the application.
