思想政治教育视域下大学生法治观培育研究

【摘要】：法治是人类文明进步的共同追求。从中共十五大把依法治国确定为党领导人民治理国家的基本方略到十八届四中全会把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,这充分体现了党中央对法治教育的重视。党的十八届四中全会提出全面依法治国后,从思想政治教育视域下研究大学生法治观培育是当前高校思想政治教育工作中一项重要且紧迫的任务。论文共分三个部分。首先,从大学生法治观培育概念出发,对法治、法治观、法治观培育等内涵进行了界定,提炼并论证了大学生法治观培育由五个要素构成,阐释了大学生法治观培育的理论及现实意义。其次,在对大学生法治观培育现状分析的基础上,总结出大学生法治观培育取得的成绩,剖析了大学生法治观培育中存在着践行力度不够、培育内容有待丰富、培育方法有待改进及培育效果有待提高等问题,进而对问题出现的原因分别从社会环境、教师及其他人员和大学生自身三个方面进行了分析。最后,在凝练出大学生法治观培育应明确基本原则的基础上,提出优化法治观培育环境、丰富法治观培育内容、改进法治观培育方法、增强大学生法治观自我教育的主动性等对策建议。论文的研究旨在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、推进法治校园建设、丰富思想政治教育内容和提高大学生法治素质,为我国社会主义法治国家建设保驾护航,培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。
[Abstract]:The rule of law is the common pursuit of the progress of human civilization. From the basic plan of ruling the country according to law determined by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the party leading the people to govern the country, the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee brought the rule of law education into the national education system. This fully reflects the importance the CPC Central Committee attaches to education on the rule of law.After the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward a comprehensive rule of law, It is an important and urgent task to study the cultivation of college students' view of rule of law from the perspective of ideological and political education. The concept of rule of law and the cultivation of view of rule of law are defined, the cultivation of view of rule of law of college students is refined and demonstrated by five elements, and the theoretical and practical significance of cultivation of view of rule of law of college students is explained. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultivation of college students' view of the rule of law, this paper sums up the achievements made in the cultivation of the view of the rule of law of college students, and analyzes that the cultivation of the concept of the rule of law of college students is not enough in practice, and the contents of the cultivation. The cultivation methods need to be improved and the cultivation effect needs to be improved. Then the causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects: social environment, teachers and other personnel, and college students themselves. On the basis of condensing out that the cultivation of college students' view of rule of law should be clear about the basic principles, this paper proposes to optimize the cultivation environment of the concept of rule of law, to enrich the cultivation content of the concept of rule of law, and to improve the cultivation method of. The purpose of this paper is to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, to promote the construction of the campus ruled by law, to enrich the contents of ideological and political education and to improve the quality of college students' rule of law. To protect the construction of the socialist country ruled by law and train the qualified constructors and reliable successors of the socialist cause.
