《大象传》的德治与法治思想

【摘要】：《易传》作为《周易》理论化的标志性成果,其对于社会治理提出了大量理论观念,其中又以《大象传》最为突出。清代学者将《大象传》视为《周易》的核心精神所在。在笔者看来,《大象传》以"德治"思想为核心,详细论述了君子从自身道德建构到以德治世的道德扩充,同时,《大象传》也提及在道德的约束下展开"法治"。这种以人性善为基础的法治理念有着浓厚的儒家特色,其以诚信为基础的治世理念对于今日的社会治理也有着极为重要的借鉴意义。
