高校大学生法治教育的困境及对策研究

【摘要】：十八届四中全会以来,在大力推进法治国家构建的大背景下,我国提出190多项建设和改革任务,而教育关乎国家的未来和发展,法治教育是教育改革的突破口,并且与高校发展建设紧密相依。高校作为培养人才的重镇,高校大学生法治教育是国民法治教育工作中极为重要的一环。发展好高校大学生法治教育对于大学生法治思想的树立、法律意识的提高,乃至法治社会的构建和现代化的推进都有着重要意义。本论文主要采用多元研究方法,文献分析法、调查研究法、实证分析法、案例分析法等研究方法,并对高校大学生法治教育现状开展问卷调查并用spss17.0分析数据结果,结合典型案例剖析,发现高校法治教育现状存在的主要困境有:高校大学生法治教育工作应该得到进一步的关注,法治教育相应的课程设置存在不足,教学方式单一化,缺少专业的师资队伍。这些因素严重制约着高校大学生法治教育的发展,使高校法治教育发展陷入困境。为进一步强化我国高校法治教育的实际效果,分析得出高校法治教育改革发展的针对性意见和建议。一是国家层面。改革大学生法治教育教材内容的编制;建议将法律基础课程单独恢复列为高校必修课程。二是社会层面。优化社会法治环境,形成良好的法治氛围;司法机关法治宣传与高校法治教育相配合。三是学校层面。优化课程资源,丰富教学效果;创新高校法治教育的教学方法,实行课堂内教学与课堂外教学相结合;配置专业化的师资队伍,规定教授法治教育课的教师接受相对系统专业的法律知识学习。四是大学生自身层面。提高学习法律知识的意识和兴趣;加强对法律理论的研习,掌握基本的法律知识,增强对法律权威性的认识;学会运用法律知识解决学习和工作中遇到的问题。
[Abstract]:Since the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of a country ruled by law, China has put forward more than 190 tasks of construction and reform, and education has a bearing on the future and development of the country. And closely dependent on the development and construction of colleges and universities. College students' rule of law education is an important part of the national legal education work. It is of great significance to develop the university students' rule of law education for the establishment of the university students' legal thought, the improvement of the legal consciousness, and even the construction and modernization of the society ruled by law. This thesis mainly adopts the multivariate research method, the literature analysis method, the investigation research method, the empirical analysis method, the case analysis method and so on, and carries on the questionnaire survey to the university student rule of law education present situation and uses the spss17.0 analysis data result. Combined with the analysis of typical cases, it is found that the main predicaments of the present situation of the rule of law education in colleges and universities are: the university students' legal education should be paid more attention to, the corresponding curriculum of the rule of law education is inadequate, and the teaching method is single. There is a shortage of professional teachers. These factors seriously restrict the development of university students' rule of law education, and make the development of university's rule of law education fall into difficulties. In order to further strengthen the practical effect of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in China, this paper analyzes and draws the pertinent opinions and suggestions on the reform and development of the rule of law education in universities. One is at the national level. It is suggested that the basic course of law be reinstated separately as a compulsory course in colleges and universities. Second, the social level. To optimize the social environment of ruling by law and form a good atmosphere of ruling by law, the propaganda of the rule of law in judicial organs and the education of rule of law in colleges and universities cooperate. Third, the school level. Optimize curriculum resources, enrich teaching effect, innovate teaching methods of rule of law education in colleges and universities, combine in-class teaching with out-of-class teaching, configure specialized teaching staff, Teachers who teach rule of law courses are required to learn legal knowledge in a relatively systematic way. Fourth, college students themselves. Enhance the awareness and interest of learning legal knowledge; strengthen the study of legal theory, master basic legal knowledge, enhance the understanding of the authority of law; learn to use legal knowledge to solve the problems encountered in the study and work.
