一名乡人大主席的思考

【摘要】：正面对经济社会发展和民主法治建设的新形势,乡镇人大应该如何围绕中心、服务大局、依法履职,不断提高工作实效?请听一听——近年,方城县古庄店乡人大主席团认真学习贯彻《监督法》、《代表法》,围绕全乡工作大局,依法履职行权,努力发挥人大代表的作用,较好地维护和提升了人大形象。结合工作实际,笔者认为,^u展乡镇人大工作应当坚持"四个围绕"。
[Abstract]:Facing the new situation of economic and social development and the construction of democracy and the rule of law, how should the township people's congresses revolve around the center, serve the overall situation, carry out their duties according to law, and continuously improve the actual results of their work? In recent years, the presidium of the people's Congress of Guzhuangdian Township in Fangcheng County has conscientiously studied and implemented the "Supervision Law" and the "Representative Law" to exercise his duties and exercise his power according to law around the overall situation of the work of the whole township, so as to exert the role of deputies to the people's Congress. Better maintain and enhance the image of the National people's Congress. Combined with the actual work, the author believes that the development of township people's Congress should adhere to the "four centers."
