初中思想品德课法制教育的教学研究

【摘要】:初中思想品德课的学习内容包括心理健康、道德、法律、国情等。作为思想品德课中很重要的一部分,为其在课堂教学中发挥应有的作用,引导学生的道德践行,丰富学生的情感体验,感悟和理解法律的价值要求,逐步形成良好的法律素养。本文对初中思想品德课中的法制教育内容作了系统整理和分析,对法制教育的内容特点、课堂教学中实施法制教育的意义和适用于课堂教学中的教学方法等作了阐述。除了引言和结束语之外,本文共分为四个部分。第一部分首先对法制教育内容、意义和存在的问题及对策作国内外的对比研究。其次对法制教育和初中思想品德法制教育的两个主要概念进行界定。第二部分对初中思想品德课法制教育的教学作用进行分析。首先是帮助学生掌握基本的法律知识;其次是培养学生基于法律意识的道德品质;第三是促进学生形成寻求法律帮助的能力。第三部分初中思想品德课法制教育内容的特点进行系统分析。首先法制教育内容贯穿于思想品德课的各年段;其次是法制教育中的案例与初中学生的生活密切相关;最后是法制教育的内容融入于思想品德的培育之中。第四部分是初中思想品德课中法制教育的教学方法。主要结合笔者法制教育教学对课堂实践,介绍了两种常用对教学方法,即案例教学法和活动教学法。
[Abstract]:The study content of moral course in junior high school includes mental health, morality, law, national conditions and so on. As an important part of the ideological and moral class, it plays its due role in the classroom teaching, guides the students' moral practice, enriches the students' emotional experience, understands and understands the value requirements of the law, and gradually forms a good legal literacy. This paper makes a systematic arrangement and analysis of the content of legal education in the ideological and moral course of junior high school, and expounds the characteristics of the content of legal education, the significance of carrying out legal education in classroom teaching and the teaching methods suitable for classroom teaching, etc. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part makes a comparative study on the content, significance, problems and countermeasures of legal education at home and abroad. Secondly, the two main concepts of legal education and moral education in junior high school are defined. The second part analyzes the teaching function of moral education in junior middle school. The first is to help students master basic legal knowledge; the second is to cultivate students' moral character based on legal consciousness; the third is to promote students to form the ability to seek legal help. The third part is the systematic analysis of the content of the legal education in the ideological and moral course of junior high school. Firstly, the content of legal education runs through the years of moral education; secondly, the case of legal education is closely related to the life of junior high school students; finally, the content of legal education is integrated into the cultivation of ideological and moral character. The fourth part is the teaching method of legal education in the moral course of junior high school. Combined with the author's practice of legal education, this paper introduces two common teaching methods, namely, case teaching method and activity teaching method.
