“全面二孩”对职业女性的影响及政策支持研究——基于工作与家庭平衡的视角

【摘要】：从"一对夫妇生育一个孩子"到"单独二孩",再到"全面放开二孩",国家的政策取向影响着女性的家庭生活和职业生涯。女性作为母亲角色在承担生养责任的同时,也面临着巨大的职业压力和挑战,因生育、抚养而导致的职业女性工作与家庭冲突日益凸显。通过访谈,揭示"全面放开二孩"政策对女性生命历程的影响以及职业女性的个体选择,阐明造成职业女性工作与家庭冲突的深层原因,探讨国家、社会和家庭三位一体的职业女性支持政策,以促进女性工作与家庭的平衡,从而推进"全面二孩"政策的实施。
[Abstract]:From "a couple having one child" to "a single two-child" to "fully releasing the two-child." The policy orientation of the country affects the family life and career of women. As a mother, women are faced with great occupational pressure and challenge, because of childbirth, while taking on the responsibility of birth and raising. The conflict between work and family caused by upbringing is becoming more and more prominent. Through interviews, this paper reveals the influence of the policy of "opening up two children" to the life course of women and the individual choice of professional women. This paper expounds the deep causes of the conflict between working women's work and family, and probes into the national, social and family support policies for working women in order to promote the balance between women's work and family. In order to promote the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy.
