从理念到实践：生产性老龄化研究

【摘要】：随着老年人口规模的日益扩大与人口老龄化程度的不断加深，如何应对人口老龄带来的一系列消极影响，，成为了世界各国共同面对的一个重大课题。面对老龄化，各国的学者不断的提出对于老年以及老龄社会的新观点、新对策，为研究老龄化提供新的方向。早在1961年，R.J.Havighurst便较为系统的阐述了“成功老龄化”的思想。20世纪80年代末与90年代初，作为应对人口老龄化的全球性战略与政策，“健康老龄化”思想应运而生。2002年在第二届世界老龄大会上，基于人们对老年人作用的认可和对老年人权利的承认，“积极老龄化”作为行动纲领被写入了政治宣言。生产性老龄化正是一种积极老龄化的视角，它强调的是老年人日常生活的生产性和社会参与性。生产性老龄化作为一种新兴的研究领域，在我国的研究也是刚刚开展，理论尚未成熟。本文以“生产性老龄化”的思想为主要线索，对生产性老龄化的有关理念进行了详细的阐述。文章通过分析生产性老龄化的定义、价值及其实践，总结出生产性老龄化的三种实现方式和三种实现途径。面对我国严峻的老龄化形势，文章用“生产性老龄化”的理念来探讨我国在新形势下应对老龄问题应该采取的新对策。通过研究生产性老龄化的新视角，致力于构造一种具有生产性的社会体系，从而用一种更积极和具有建设性的态度来重新认识老龄社会，进而指导我们对于老年人的生产性潜力进行大力开发，为我们探究如何解决老龄问题提供新的途径。
[Abstract]:With the increasing expansion of the aged population and the deepening of the aging population, how to cope with a series of negative effects of the aging population has become a major issue facing all the countries in the world. In the face of aging, scholars from all over the world constantly put forward new ideas and countermeasures for the aged and the aging society, which provides a new direction for the study of aging. As early as 1961, R. J. Havighurst systematically expounded the idea of "successful ageing". In the late 1980s and early 1990s, it was regarded as a global strategy and policy to deal with the aging of the population. The idea of "healthy aging" emerged as the times require. In 2002, at the second World Assembly on ageing, "active ageing" was written into the political declaration based on the recognition of the role of older persons and the recognition of their rights. Productive aging is a positive aging perspective, which emphasizes the productive and social participation of the elderly in their daily life. Productive aging, as a new research field, has just been carried out in China, and the theory is not yet mature. Taking the thought of productive aging as the main clue, this paper expatiates on the concept of productive aging in detail. By analyzing the definition, value and practice of productive aging, this paper summarizes three ways of realizing productive aging. In the face of the severe aging situation in China, this paper discusses the new countermeasures to deal with the aging problem in China under the new situation by using the concept of "productive aging". Committed to the construction of a productive social system through the study of new perspectives on productive ageing, thereby reorienting ageing societies with a more positive and constructive attitude, And then guide us to vigorously develop the productive potential of the elderly, and provide a new way for us to explore how to solve the problem of ageing.
