【摘要】： 改革开放以来,我国城市社会经济的发展在城市化的推动下取得了辉煌的成绩,为我国社会主义现代化建设打下了牢固的基础。但随着城市化进程的快速推进,同时带来一系列问题和矛盾。一些城市在实现空间拓展和发展的同时,盲目扩大城市规模,出现了城市功能混乱、中心区人口拥挤、交通堵塞、基础设施不配套、环境恶化等城市问题。在这种背景下,针对传统城市发展模式的不足人们开始反思,并试图寻找一种新型城市发展模式,在保证城市化进程健康、持续、快速推进的同时,统筹城乡发展、疏散城市功能和保护生态环境。本文立足霍华德“田园城市”理论,初步探讨“现代田园城市”理论体系,明确其概念、构成要素、空间结构和功能定位。以一定的社会经济发展状况和自然地域环境条件为基础进行科学、合理的分析,并从城市功能结构、城市组团布局、交通体系优化、基础设施建设和生态环境保护等相关层面加以规划与引导,探索现代田园城市规划建设的局限性和适应性,以期能够对具体的规划和建设实践提供一定指导作用。通过本文的研究,建立了现代田园城市理论空间结构模式,指出现代田园城市空间结构应该以各功能组团形式存在,各组团围绕城市绿地合理布局,其间有足够的开敞空间,各组团之间以城乡绿地和快速、便捷的交通联系为特征的城市空间网络结构模式。并结合宁波市江北区进行实证研究,在现代田园城市理论指导下,通过具体规划与实践,实现了江北区保护生态环境、城乡协调发展和充分发挥城市职能的目标,从而缓解江北区“单中心”发展带来的城市压力,使各个组团均衡发展,实现多组团发展的城市模式。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's urban social and economic development has made brilliant achievements under the impetus of urbanization, which has laid a solid foundation for China's socialist modernization. But with the rapid progress of urbanization, At the same time, a series of problems and contradictions have been brought about. While realizing the expansion and development of space, some cities have blindly expanded the size of their cities, resulting in chaotic urban functions, congested population in central areas, traffic jams, and inadequate infrastructure. Against this background, people begin to reflect on the shortcomings of traditional urban development model, and try to find a new urban development model, while ensuring the healthy, sustainable and rapid progress of urbanization, Planning urban and rural development, evacuation of urban functions and protection of the ecological environment. Based on Howard's theory of "pastoral city", this paper preliminarily discusses the theoretical system of "modern idyllic city", and clarifies its concept and elements. Spatial structure and functional orientation. Based on certain social and economic development conditions and natural regional environmental conditions, scientific and reasonable analysis is carried out, and from the perspective of urban functional structure, urban group layout, traffic system optimization, Infrastructure construction and ecological environment protection should be planned and guided in order to explore the limitation and adaptability of modern rural urban planning and construction so as to provide some guidance for specific planning and construction practice. Through the research of this paper, the theoretical spatial structure model of modern pastoral city is established, and it is pointed out that the spatial structure of modern idyllic city should exist in the form of various functional groups, each group should be arranged rationally around the urban green space, and there is enough open space in the space. The urban spatial network structure model, which is characterized by urban and rural green space and rapid and convenient transportation links between the groups. Combined with the empirical study of Jiangbei District of Ningbo City, under the guidance of modern rural city theory, through specific planning and practice, It realizes the goal of protecting ecological environment, harmonious development of urban and rural areas and giving full play to the function of city in Jiangbei District, so as to alleviate the urban pressure brought by the development of "single center" in Jiangbei District, make each group develop in a balanced way, and realize the urban model of multi-group development.
