【摘要】：正《元和郡县图志》卷5河南府"新安县":"贞观元年省谷州,新安属河南府。"(李吉甫著、贺次君点校,中华书局,1983年,第142页)按:该书同卷"福昌县"条则曰:"贞观元年(熊)州废,以县隶谷州。显庆二年废谷州,以县属河南府。"(第140页)若贞观元年(627年)废谷州,岂有以福昌隶谷州,显庆二年(657年)再废之理?同书"长水县"条:"贞观八年,自虢州割属谷州,显庆二年属河南府。"(第135-136页)亦可证明贞观
[Abstract]:Tu Zhi of Yuan-he County. Vol. 5 Henan Province "Xin'an County": "Zhenguan first year Province Gu Zhou, Xin'an belongs to Henan Province." (by Li Jifu, he Tse-jun School, Zhonghua Book Office, 1983, p. 142) according to the same volume of the book, Fuchang County, the article says: "the first year of Zhenguan (Xiong) state is abolished, and the county is in the valley state." Xianqing two years waste valley state, to the county Henan government. (page 140) if the first year of Zhenguan (627) waste Valley state, there is a Fuchang Li Valley state, Xianqing two years (657) of the principle of waste?
