南诏铁柱的制作工艺和锈蚀机理研究

【摘要】：正南诏铁柱,又名天尊柱,现位于云南大理弥渡县城西北约5公里的铁柱庙内,建立于南诏中期(约9世纪)。由于铁柱立于南诏的白崖故地,有的地方志也称为崖川铁柱或弥渡铁柱。此铁柱是现存南诏时期最大的金属器物,也是云南现存最大的古代铁质器物(图一)。1988年,国务院公布其为第三批全国重点文物保护单位。南诏铁柱作为古代西南少数民族遗留下来的重要金属器物,历来引起研究者的重视,但对其制作工艺方面的探讨则阙如。为研究南诏时期的铸铁技术,笔者多次到弥渡实地考察南诏铁柱
[Abstract]:Nanzhao iron post, also known as Tianzongzhu, is located in the Temple of Iron columns about 5 km west of Midu County, Dali, Yunnan Province, established in the middle of Nanzhao (about 9 th century). Because the iron column is located in Nanzhao's white cliff, some local records are also called Yachuan iron column or Maitu iron column. The iron column is the largest metal object in the Nanzhao period and the largest existing ancient iron ware in Yunnan Province (fig. 1). In 1988, the State Council announced that it was the third batch of key cultural relics in China. Nanzhao iron column, as an important metal object left over from the ancient southwest ethnic minorities, has always attracted the attention of the researchers, but it has not been discussed in terms of its fabrication technology. In order to study the cast iron technology in Nanzhao period, the author visited the Nanzhao iron pillar on the spot many times.
