【摘要】：正20世纪90年代,随着北京现代化城市建设进程的加快,明清时期存在于西长安街南侧的邱祖胡同中的平房院落全部拆除,被银行、保险公司取代。这条邱祖胡同是老北京比较长的胡同之一,地处四九城内,新中国成立后又北临长安街,见证了新旧两个世界的变迁。在成书于明代嘉靖三十九年(1560)的《京师五城坊巷胡同集》中,这条胡同曾被称做“曲子胡同”。然而
