高新区经济活动与城市地域系统生成的关系

【摘要】：目的研究高新区经济活动对城市地域系统的影响。方法用系统观、区域观从研究开发、生产制造、服务活动3个方面对高新区内部的经济活动及其发展机制进行分析。结果高新区的研发活动包括扩散、传播及联合开发、成果转让、创办企业;生产制造活动包括生产流程的内部分工、产业的前向后向联系和对城市企业的辐射带动;服务活动包括行政服务、中介服务和金融服务。结论高新区对城市地域系统影响很大,协调好二者的相互作用关系,有利于物质、资金、信息、技术等生产要素在城市地域系统内的优化配置,有利于城市经济结构和经济空间结构的优化升级。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the impact of economic activities on urban regional system in high-tech zones. Methods the internal economic activities and their development mechanism of high-tech zones were analyzed from three aspects: research and development, production and manufacture, and service from the view of system and region. Results the research and development activities of high-tech zones include diffusion, dissemination and joint development, transfer of achievements, establishment of enterprises, production and manufacturing activities including internal division of production processes, forward and backward linkages of industries and radiation drive to urban enterprises. Service activities include administrative services, intermediary services and financial services. Conclusion High-tech zones have a great influence on the urban regional system. The coordination of the interaction between the two zones is beneficial to the optimal allocation of the production factors such as material, capital, information and technology in the urban regional system. It is conducive to the optimization and upgrading of urban economic structure and economic spatial structure.
