It is not expected that any other country in the world will be allowed to operate such a completely self-risking journey. However, like Bolivia, a country full of marvelous primitive witchcraft, the dangerous peaks of Potosi (Potosi) always tempt tourists across the plateau in a variety of ways to find the limitless scenery of the imagination.
