【摘要】:职业素养是人类在社会活动中需要遵守的行为规范。个体行为的总合构成了自身的职业素养,职业素养是内涵,个体行为是外在表象。所以,职业素养是一个人职业生涯成败的关键因素。职业素养量化而成"职商。"英文career quotient简称CQ。也可以说一生成败看职商。根据《教育部、人力资源和社会保障部和财政部关于实施国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设计划的意见》中提到的"以培养学生综合素质为目标,重点加强职业道德教育、职业技能训练和学习能力培养"、"以人才培养对接用人需求、专业对接产业、课程对接岗位、教材对接技能为切入点,深化教学内容改革"、"提高学生综合职业素养,引导学生全面发展"等内容可以看出:具备职业素养,这是国家政策中对高素质劳动者和技能型人才提出的明文要求。本文以中职生职业素养教学实效性探究为论述中心,研究如何提升职业素养教学的实效性。
[Abstract]:Professionalism is the norm of human behavior that needs to be observed in social activities. The sum of individual behavior constitute their own occupation literacy, occupation literacy is the connotation of individual behavior is the external representation. Therefore, professionalism is the key factor in the success or failure of a person's career. Professionalism is quantified as "business." "Career quotient in English is called CQ. It can also be said that the success or failure of a career business. According to the "Ministry of education, Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of the national secondary occupation education reform and development demonstration school construction plan mentioned in the" opinions "to cultivate students' comprehensive quality as the goal, focus on Strengthening Occupation Moral Education, occupation skill training and learning ability" and "talent cultivation docking needs of the people professional courses, docking industry, docking positions, materials docking skills as the breakthrough point, deepen the reform of teaching contents, improving students' comprehensive occupation accomplishment, guide the students' all-round development" and other content can be seen: have the occupation accomplishment, this is put forward for high-quality workers and skilled personnel of the national policy requires. This paper focuses on the effectiveness of vocational quality teaching of secondary vocational school students, and studies how to improve the effectiveness of professional quality teaching.
