【摘要】：在我国社会保障的运行体系中,社保基金发挥着至关重要的作用。为了保障我国参保人员的切身利益,同时也为了维护社会的和谐发展,必须对社保基金进行严格的监管,建立与完善相关的的法律监管体系。本文主要根据我国社保基金监管的现实背景,通过法律的视角来进行相关的分析和研究,并对我国社保基金监管中存在的诸多问题提出一些建议,希望可以为我国社保基金的监管提供有价值的建议,促进我国社保基金的健康稳定发展。
[Abstract]:In the operation of China's social security system, the social security fund plays a vital role. In order to safeguard our country insured interests, at the same time in order to maintain the harmonious development of society, must carry on the strict supervision of social security funds, establish and perfect the relevant legal supervision system. This paper mainly according to the realistic background of our country the social security fund supervision, make relevant analysis and research from the legal perspective, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems of China's social security fund supervision in the hope for China's social security fund supervision provided valuable suggestions to promote the healthy and stable development of China's social security fund.
