保障农民工权益该从哪些方面做起

【摘要】：目前我国农民工的劳动和社会保障权益实现方面仍存在拖欠工资、工作时间得不到有效保护、维权意识相对较低等制约因素。因此,亟需通过进一步完善立法工作,推进户籍改革,完善社会保障制度等举措,提高农民工劳动和社会保障水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the labor and social security rights and interests of migrant workers in our country still have some restrictive factors, such as wages in arrears, working hours that are not effectively protected, and relatively low awareness of protecting their rights. Therefore, it is urgent to further improve the legislative work. To promote household registration reform, improve the social security system and other measures to improve the labor and social security level of migrant workers.
