江西农村金融效率及其影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：江西是一个农业大省,“三农”问题从根本上影响着江西经济和社会的发展。农村经济发展和农民收入提高与农村金融密2切相关。农村金融是农村经济体系中的重要组成部分,是有效推动农村产业结构调整以及农业现代化的重要力量,在农业和农村经济的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。农村金融对农村经济的发展主要是通过农村金融的效率来体现,农村金融效率在农村经济发展中起着决定性的作用,农村金融的效率的高低成为农村经济发展快慢的重要标志。但是由于农村金融的改革滞后农村经济的发展、农村资金外流严重以及农村有效供给不足等现象使得农村经济的发展受到严重的制约。本文构建了江西省农村金融效率的评价指标体系,提出了农村金融效率影响因素的假设,运用1993年-2013年江西省的时间序列数据,首先采用因子分析方法观测了江西省农村金融效率的变化趋势,然后运用协整方程,误差修正模型探求影响农村金融效率的主要因素,最后从增加农村居民收入,提高农村教育水平、完善农村社会保障机制,发展农村工业和服务业、发展农村经济,提高农村城镇化水平三个方面提出提高农村金融效率的对策。本文的结论如下:(1)1993年-2013年江西省农村金融效率由强变弱,转而变强的趋势,总体上呈现U型的变化特征。其中农村储蓄效率逐年增加,储蓄投资效率呈L型变化,投资效率呈现波浪式发展;(2)农村储蓄效率的主要影响因素是人均消费收入比率和城镇化率,农村社会保障水平和农业化水平对储蓄投资效率的影响最为显著,同时农业化水平和城镇化率对农村投资投向效率的影响最大。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi is a big agricultural province, the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers affect the economic and social development of Jiangxi fundamentally. Rural economic development and farmers' income are closely related to rural finance. Rural finance is an important part of rural economic system and an important force to effectively promote the adjustment of rural industrial structure and agricultural modernization. It plays an important role in the development of agriculture and rural economy. The development of rural finance to rural economy is mainly reflected by the efficiency of rural finance. The efficiency of rural finance plays a decisive role in the development of rural economy. The efficiency of rural finance has become an important symbol of the rapid and slow development of rural economy. However, the reform of rural finance lags behind the development of rural economy, the rural capital outflow is serious and the rural effective supply is insufficient, so the development of rural economy is seriously restricted. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of rural financial efficiency in Jiangxi Province, puts forward the hypothesis of influencing factors of rural financial efficiency, and applies the time series data of Jiangxi Province from 1993 to 2013. Firstly, the change trend of rural financial efficiency in Jiangxi Province is observed by factor analysis method, then the main factors affecting rural financial efficiency are explored by cointegration equation and error correction model, and finally, the income of rural residents is increased. To improve rural education, improve rural social security mechanism, develop rural industry and service industry, develop rural economy, improve the level of rural urbanization, three aspects of improving rural financial efficiency are put forward. The conclusion of this paper is as follows: (1) from 1993 to 2013, the rural financial efficiency of Jiangxi Province changed from strong to weak, then to strong. Among them, the efficiency of rural savings increases year by year, and the efficiency of saving and investment changes in the form of L, and the investment efficiency presents a wave of development) the main influencing factors of the efficiency of rural savings are the ratio of per capita consumption income and the rate of urbanization. The level of rural social security and agritization has the most significant influence on the efficiency of savings and investment, and the level of agricultural and urbanization has the greatest influence on the efficiency of investment in rural areas.
