【摘要】：本文是一篇翻译项目报告。翻译原文为罗伯塔·加蒂(Roberta Gatti)、迭戈·F·安格尔·乌迪诺拉(Diego F.Angel-Urdinola)、乔安娜·席尔瓦(Joana Silva)和安德尔·博多尔(András Bodor)于2014年合写的著作《努力找到更好的工作——中东和北非地区非正规就业带来的挑战》("Striving for Better Jobs—The Challenge of Informality in the Middle East and North Africa")的第一章。全书总共五个章节,作者的写作目的有两个。首先作者将更新的证据、数据以及国家的具体分析汇集,让我们更好的了解了非正规就业的程度、决定因素以及所面临的挑战。第二个目的就是开展并参与到这场辩论当中,为政府提出有效可行建议,通过提高社会保障的惠及度的方式,更好地管控风险和填补漏洞。本书第一章主要描述中东和北非地区非正规现象的范围和特点,以及其随时间而产生的变化和宏观经济决定因素。分析了非正规就业与其他决定因素的关系,让读者更加了解非正规就业,并根据这些复杂关系因地制宜。其中众多建议和方法对于中国以及其他存在类似情况的国家都有极强的指导意义,可以帮助企业及政府的策略制定者了解现有形势,并且与时俱进地采取相应措施。此章节逻辑结构清楚、有序,同时在描述当中也有涉及相关专业知识。因此,根据翻译理论中的最高原则目的论原则,即翻译中整体翻译行为的目的最为关键,本报告的目的主要是对原文进行精准翻译,以帮助企业及政府的策略制定者和相关人士。基于以上目的以及原文特征,本报告在翻译过程中主要采取了以下几种翻译策略:转换法、拆分法、省略法和术语翻译等等。本报告由四部分组成:第一部分为整体介绍,分别包括翻译项目背景介绍、翻译目标和翻译意义以及整体报告结构的介绍;第二部分为原文主要内容简介,包括原著第一章作者介绍、第一章内容介绍和语言特征总结;第三部分为翻译相关问题的总结,包括翻译理论和翻译方法等;第四部分为翻译第一章时所得收获、启发、不足的总结以及亟待解决的问题和困扰。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. Translated as a co-author of Roberta Gatty, Diego F. Angel-Urdinola, Joana Silva and Andr 谩 s Bodor in 2014 < trying to find a better job-Middle East and North Africa "taking for better Jobs-The Challenge of Information in the Middle East and North Africa." There are five chapters in the book, and the author has two purposes for writing. First, the author brings together the updated evidence, data and country-specific analysis to better understand the extent, determinants, and challenges of informal employment. The second aim is to launch and participate in the debate to make effective recommendations to the government to better manage risks and fill gaps by increasing the benefits of social security. The first chapter describes the scope and characteristics of informal phenomena in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the changes and macroeconomic determinants over time. This paper analyzes the relationship between informal employment and other determinants, so that readers can understand informal employment better and take measures according to these complex relationships. Many of the suggestions and methods are of great guiding significance to China and other countries with similar situations, which can help the policy makers of enterprises and governments to understand the current situation and take corresponding measures with the times. The logical structure of this section is clear and orderly, and there are related expertise in the description. Therefore, according to the supreme principle of Skopos in translation theory, that is, the purpose of the whole translation act in translation, the purpose of this report is mainly to accurately translate the original text. To help business and government policymakers and stakeholders. Based on the above objectives and the features of the original text, this report mainly adopts the following translation strategies: conversion, split, ellipsis and terminology translation. The report consists of four parts: the first part is an overall introduction, including the background of the translation project, the translation objectives and the significance of the translation, and the overall structure of the report. The second part is a brief introduction to the main content of the original text. It includes the author's introduction in the first chapter, the content introduction and the language feature summary in the first chapter; the third part is the summary of the translation related problems, including the translation theory and the translation method; the fourth part is the harvest and inspiration of the first chapter of translation.
