国外新型农村社区建设研究——以日本为例

【摘要】：农村社区是农业生产、农民生活及农村社会管理的基本单位。本文首先概述了分国外农村社区建设的总体情况,然后以日本为例,从"市町村"大合并、农村工业化、农村社区文化建设和农村社会保障制度建设等四个方面日本新型农村社区建设的成果和经验,希望能为我国农村社区建设的不断推进提供一些参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Rural community is the basic unit of agricultural production, peasant life and rural social management. This paper first summarizes the overall situation of rural community construction in foreign countries, and then, taking Japan as an example, from the "municipal Machimura" merger, rural industrialization, The achievements and experiences of the construction of new rural communities in Japan in four aspects, namely, the cultural construction of rural communities and the construction of rural social security system, are expected to provide some references for the continuous promotion of the construction of rural communities in China.
