企业社会保险管理存在问题与对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会保障制度的逐步完善,社会保险成为企事业单位职工关注的热点,企业社保工作的开展也成为企业人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分。可以说,企业社保管理工作不仅为企业职工提供了基本保障,还有效地增强了企业的人力资源管理能力。笔者在阐述企业在社会保险管理系统中责任的基础上,侧重于从领导重视程度、企业社保专业人才、企业社保管理方式等方面分析了当前企业社会保险管理中存在的难题,并有针对性的提出了一些可行性建议,从而促进企业人力资源管理水平提升。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of the social security system in our country, social insurance has become a hot spot for employees in enterprises and institutions, and the development of social security work in enterprises has become an important part of the human resources management of enterprises. It can be said that the enterprise social security management not only provides the basic guarantee for the enterprise staff, but also effectively strengthens the human resource management ability of the enterprise. On the basis of expounding the responsibility of the enterprise in the social insurance management system, the author focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the enterprise social insurance management from the following aspects: the degree of leadership, the professional talents of the enterprise social security, the management mode of the enterprise social security, and so on. And put forward some feasible suggestions in order to promote the level of human resources management.
