广东省沙井村高龄农民工生存现状及对策探讨

【摘要】：从人力资源管理的角度,以广东省沙井村的高龄农民工为例,分析高龄农民工(50岁及以上的农民工)继承旧业的原因及其工作类型、工资收入和家庭支出等基本情况,提出"扶持竹制品手工业,为高龄农民工创造就业机会;发展观光休闲农业,提倡高龄农民工自主创业;建立健全社会保障机制,提高高龄农民工参保率;发展乡村文化,丰富高龄农民工精神生活"等改善高龄农民工的生存现状的途径与对策。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of human resource management, taking the elderly migrant workers in Shajing Village of Guangdong Province as an example, this paper analyzes the causes and types of work, wages and family expenses of the elderly migrant workers (migrant workers aged 50 and over), and puts forward "supporting the bamboo handicraft industry to create employment opportunities for the elderly migrant workers, developing sightseeing and leisure agriculture, and advocating the elderly migrant workers to start their own businesses. The ways and countermeasures to improve the survival status of elderly migrant workers are to establish and improve the social security mechanism, improve the participation rate of elderly migrant workers, develop rural culture and enrich the spiritual life of elderly migrant workers.
