在文化维度理论中的社会惰化现象研究

【摘要】:几十年来,在文化维度层次上的社会惰化研究主要集中在一个因素上,即个人主义和集体主义。但是最近一些研究人员[1]提出在文化维度层次上的社会惰化(social loafing)研究的主要因素不是个人主义和集体主义,而是权力距离。之所以有这种观点是因为现在绝大多数的在文化维度理论中的社会惰化研究[2-6]选择了东方文化和西方文化来做对比,而这两种文化不仅在个人主义和集体主义中存在显著差异,也在权力距离中存在显著差异。本文分析了在组织中个人主义和集体主义与社会惰化的相关性,以及权力维度与社会惰化的相关性。本文采取实验方式测试了实验假设,该假设是在文化维度中,权力距离与社会惰化有显著相关关系。38名中国暑期交流学生参与了实验,其中有两次数学计算测试和一次文化倾向测试。方差分析的结果表明,没有证据证明权力距离和社会惰化有显著相关关系。但有另一结论表明个人主义和集体主义与权力维度在统计学上有显著相关关系。由于受到测试方法和样本质量的限制,本实验结果不完全可靠,需进一步进行研究。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the study of social laziness in the cultural dimension has focused on one factor, individualism and collectivism. However, some researchers have recently proposed that the main factor in the study of social laziness in the cultural dimension is not individualism and collectivism, but the distance of power. The reason for this view is that most of the current studies of social laziness in the theory of cultural dimension [2-6] have chosen Eastern and Western cultures to contrast, and these two cultures are not only significantly different in individualism and collectivism, There are also significant differences in power distance. This paper analyzes the correlation between individualism and collectivism and social laziness in the organization, as well as the correlation between power dimension and social laziness. In this paper, the experimental hypothesis is tested in an experimental manner. In the cultural dimension, there is a significant correlation between power distance and social laziness. 38 Chinese summer exchange students participated in the experiment. There are two mathematical calculation tests and one cultural preference test. The results of variance analysis show that there is no evidence that there is a significant correlation between power distance and social laziness. However, another conclusion shows that individualism and collectivism are statistically correlated with the power dimension. Due to the limitation of test method and sample quality, the experimental results are not completely reliable and need further study.
