成功老龄化视阈下老年人职业教育补偿:困境与策略

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来,人口老龄化的发展不断加快,无论是老年人自我价值的彰显,还是社会经济发展的需要,老年人口面临着职业教育补偿的现实诉求。借鉴美国、西班牙、日本和新加坡等主要国家老年人职业教育补偿措施,剖析我国老年人职业教育补偿困境,并基于"成功老龄化"视角提出补偿路径在于:深化认识,营造社会氛围,促进老年人观念转变;联动发展,强化立法建设,提供政策和制度保障;丰富内容,开展多元化模式,融合老年大学和社区办学。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the aging population has been speeding up its development. Whether it is the self-worth of the elderly or the needs of social and economic development, the elderly population is facing the realistic demand of vocational education compensation. Referring to the compensation measures of vocational education for the elderly in America, Spain, Japan and Singapore, this paper analyzes the compensation dilemma of vocational education for the elderly in our country, and puts forward the compensation path based on the perspective of "successful aging". To create a social atmosphere to promote the transformation of the concept of the elderly; to develop linkage, to strengthen legislative construction, to provide policy and system protection; to enrich the content, to develop a pluralistic model, and to integrate universities and community schools for the elderly.
