社会工作介入大学生逃课问题的研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国经济的发展,高等教育事业也有了快速的发展,招生规模的扩大使大学生入学率显著提高,也正是这种学生数量的增加,学生的价值观也呈现多元化,使学校对一些学生的管理陷入了僵局,一些问题和矛盾也就随之而来,在校大学生逃课这一问题就成为当前亟需解决的问题。本文就这一现象,通过对大学生的问卷调查及个案访谈,进一步研究大学生逃课的原因和危害。逃课是学生自我意识的决定,主观上是学生自身的原因,但学校家庭以及社会都对学生的作为产生影响,有着不可逃避的责任,也是不容回避的任务。本文从社会工作视角下出发,运用社会工作专业理论和方法,尝试着提出解决大学生逃课问题方法和策略,帮助学生改善困境,提高学生的学习兴趣,早日走出误区,让学生的身心得到健康的发展。通过查阅相关的文献资料和查找国内外的研究,对逃课的概念有了更清楚的领会,对调查大学生逃课的原因和影响进行认真分析,运用个案工作、小组工作、社区工作对逃课的大学生进行介入研究,结合案例和小组活动,让学生对社会工作了解的同时,也让他们认识到了自己的不良行为,希望社会工作者、学校以及家庭一起努力,帮助他们克服困难,摆脱困境,重新回到课堂。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of our country's economy, the higher education has also developed rapidly. The expansion of the enrollment scale has greatly improved the enrollment rate of college students. It is also the increase in the number of students and the diversity of students' values, which has brought the school to the management of some students, and some problems and contradictions will follow. The problem of College Students' skipping classes has become an urgent problem to be solved at present. In this paper, the reasons and harm of College Students' truancy are further studied through questionnaire investigation and case interviews with college students. In this paper, from the perspective of social work, this article, starting from the perspective of social work, uses the theory and methods of social work, tries to put forward the methods and strategies to solve the problem of College Students' truancy, help the students to improve their difficulties, improve their interest in learning, and get out of the misunderstandings at an early date and let the students get out of the misunderstandings at an early date. Through consulting the relevant literature and searching for the research at home and abroad, we have a clearer understanding of the concept of skipping classes and a careful analysis of the reasons and effects of College Students' skipping classes, and the use of case work, group work and community work to study the students who skip classes, combining cases and small cases. Group activities, let students understand the social work, but also let them recognize their own bad behavior, and hope social workers, schools and families work together to help them overcome difficulties, get rid of the difficulties and return to the classroom.
