社交自我效能感问卷在中国职业人群中的效度研究

【摘要】:目的:首次检验社交自我效能感问卷(PSSE)中文版问卷在中国职业人群中使用的效度研究。 研究方法:研究总共调查了195组被试,他们均是在上海工作的职场人士。其中被试填写了社交自我效能感问卷(PSSE)中文版问卷,以此进行了因素分析,内部一致性检验。同时使用社交焦虑、核心自我评价和社交果敢性等问卷对PSSE中文版进行结构效度的检验;使用工作满意感、工作情绪反应、组织公民行为(上司评定)、工作绩效(上司评定)、社交能力(同事评定)等问卷对PSSE中文版进行效标效度的检验。统计方法涉及到验证性因素分析、相关分析和多元层次回归分析等。 结果:中文版社交自我效能感量表(PSSE)的内在一致性α系数为0.938,说明该量表具有较高的信度水平。结构效度方面,该量表具有单因素结构,社交自我效能感与社交焦虑负相关,与核心自我评价以及社交果敢性四个维度均正相关,说明该问卷具有良好的结构效度。效标效度方面,社交自我效能感与工作满意感和社交能力正相关,与四个维度的工作情绪反应均负相关。研究未发现社交自我效能感与上司评定的工作绩效相关维度(组织公民行为和工作绩效)具有相关性,说明本问卷具有可接受的效标效度。 结论:信度分析、验证性因素分析、相关和回归分析的结果都表明,本研究中的社交自我效能感量表的信度和效度均达到了心理测量学的要求,项目设计是有效、合理的。
[Abstract]:Aim: to test the validity of the Chinese version of Social Self-efficacy questionnaire (PSSE) in Chinese professional population for the first time. Methods: a total of 195 participants, all working in Shanghai, were surveyed. The subjects filled out the Chinese version of the Social Self-efficacy questionnaire (PSSE) and conducted factor analysis and internal consistency test. At the same time, social anxiety, core self-evaluation and social assertiveness were used to test the structural validity of the Chinese version of PSSE. Organizational citizenship behavior (boss assessment, job performance (boss assessment), social ability (colleague evaluation) and other questionnaires to test the validity of the Chinese version of PSSE. Statistical methods involve confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multilevel regression analysis. Results: the internal consistency 伪 coefficient of the Chinese version of Social Self-efficacy scale (PSSE) was 0.938, which indicated that the scale had a high reliability level. In terms of structural validity, the scale has a single factor structure, a negative correlation between social self-efficacy and social anxiety, a positive correlation with the core self-evaluation and the four dimensions of social boldness, which indicates that the questionnaire has a good structural validity. In terms of validity, social self-efficacy was positively correlated with job satisfaction and social ability, and negatively correlated with four dimensions of work emotional response. No correlation was found between social self-efficacy and job performance (organizational citizenship behavior and job performance), indicating that the questionnaire has acceptable validity. Conclusion: the results of reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis show that the reliability and validity of the social self-efficacy scale in this study are up to the requirements of psychometrics, and the project design is effective and reasonable.
