【摘要】：正为加强对欧盟、欧盟成员国和中欧关系的研究,促进中欧交流与合作,中方设立中欧关系研究"指南针计划"项目基金。项目基金由执行秘书处(下称"秘书处")负责管理执行。现将2016年度基金资助项目申请指南公布如下:一资助项目(一)中国学者课题研究项目资助国内专家学者进行与欧盟和中欧关系相关的课题研究。
